Those pickles look pretty good… want to make your own? Here’s how:
3/4 cups HOT WATER
1/2 cup WHITE WINE VINEGAR
6 tbsp SUGAR
1 tbsp SALT
a bunch of whatever veggie you want, slicer or chopped. Try cucumbers, radishes, celery… anything crispy is good.
Add water, vinegar, sugar and salt in a airtight glass jar and shake it all up until the sugar dissolves. Add in your veggies and seal up the jar. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 days, if you can wait that long. When you come back, your jar will be filled with pickles! It’s magic!
These will last in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
